In some cases, the spouse, child(ren) or friend(s) of an official participant may want to accompany you to the Assembly. It is understood that accompanying persons have to cover their own costs and make their visa arrangements, and that they will not attend Assembly sessions (except for worship).

Accompanying persons are responsible for their own travel arrangements. If they wish to make their arrangements together with those for the person being accompanied, they may request assistance from the travel agent in Stuttgart. They must pay for their travel before the ticket is issued. 

Please note that no program has been planned for children. Parents will need to take care of, and will have responsibility for, their children.
