The Assembly will use the four working languages of the LWF: English, French, German and Spanish.

Documents

Assembly documents will be distributed according to the language indicated
on the Registration Form.

Documents will be color-coded as follows:
White | English
Yellow | German
Red | Spanish
Green | French

Interpretation  

Simultaneous interpretation (English, German, Spanish and French) will be provided during plenary sessions. Whispered interpretation will be provided in some of the Village groups. No formal interpretation will be provided during morning worship services.

Headphones for interpretation will be distributed in the plenary hall. Please leave them on the table or seat at the close of each session so they can be collected and re-charged. Headphones are NOT to be taken out of the plenary hall. Visitors will receive headphones in exchange for a “signed card”.

If you take a set of headphones with you by mistake, please return them to the place where they were distributed. Please note that a lost set of
headphones will cost 200 € for which you will be charged.
