Accommodation
Assembly participants will stay at one of the selected hotels. Hotels are within easy walking distance of the venue.
Accompanying Persons
In some cases, the spouse, child(ren) or friend(s) of an official participant may want to accompany you to the Assembly.
Cancellations
Any cancellations or changes must be immediately addressed to the Assembly Office in Geneva.
Change of Address
Any change in your mailing address before the Assembly should be communicated to the Assembly Office in Geneva as soon as possible.

& Travel...Evening Get-Together
An evening get-together is planned on Saturday 24 July 2010 to allow delegates, guests and local church members from Württemberg to meet and become acquainted.
Languages
The Assembly will use the four working languages of the LWF: English, French, German and Spanish.
Registration & Fees
Upon arrival in Stuttgart and after check-in at the hotel, all participants are required to formally register.
Travel
The Assembly will begin with the Opening Eucharist on 20 July 2010 at 15:00 hours. It will end after the Closing Eucharist on 27 July 2010 at 18:00 hours.
Venue
The LWF Eleventh Assembly will be held in Stuttgart's Liederhalle Culture and Congress Center.
Visa
Ensure that your passport will be valid at least six months beyond your date of return from the Assembly.
Visitors
Visitors may attend the Assembly part of the time or full-time. Normally, visitors are individual members of a member church, from which an endorsement is requested.
Volunteers
Some 400 volunteers are needed to welcome Assembly participants and facilitate the operations and procedures of the Assembly.
Worship
The Assembly’s three main services of worship will be celebrated at the Stuttgart Collegiate Church (Stiftskirche), the main church of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Württemberg.
