The Lutheran churches in Germany invite Assembly participants to visit the Luther city of Wittenberg and spend several days in one of the regional churches (Landeskirche) before attending the Assembly. This will provide an opportunity for participants to learn about the context of mission in the host region, especially as it relates to the Assembly theme, and to bring experiences from their home situation.

All costs will be covered by the inviting churches for subsidized delegates. For others, a contribution of EUR 200 is requested to cover the cost of transport.

Information will be sent to those who indicated an interest on Registration Form 1. 

Please note that current Council members and advisers will not be able to participate in this program due to the meeting of the Council (18-20 July). Youth delegates can participate in any visit which takes place outside the dates of the Pre-Assembly Youth Conference (11-17 July).
